What is Shinrin-Yoku?

Shinrin-Yoku, or forest bathing, is a guided immersion into nature designed to encourage relaxation, mindfulness, and connection with the environment. Rooted in Japanese wellness practices, it has been scientifically shown to lower cortisol levels, enhance immune function, and improve mental clarity. By engaging the senses and slowing down, participants experience the therapeutic benefits of nature in a structured, intentional way.

About me

I discovered Shinrin-Yoku after years of high-pressure corporate life left me burned out and disconnected. A serious health scare forced me to slow down, and I found healing in nature. Walking through the forest, I felt my stress ease, my mind clear, and my body reset.

Now, my mission is to guide others through that same transformation. I help individuals and teams step away from the noise, reconnect with themselves, and find balance through nature. Shinrin-Yoku changed my life, and I want to share its power with those seeking clarity, calm, and renewal.
