My Story

Dawn is a Forest Therapy Practitioner who helps individuals and corporate teams manage stress, improve well-being, and boost productivity through nature. After experiencing the toll of a high-pressure corporate sales career, she discovered the transformative power of forest therapy. Dawn now uses this practice, rooted in Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing), to guide clients in engaging with nature mindfully, reducing stress, enhancing creativity, and improving focus. Passionate about helping others find balance in today’s fast-paced world, she offers an antidote to burnout, fostering healthier, more resilient teams that thrive personally, professionally, and productively.

Forest therapy became essential to me after experiencing the overwhelming stress and physical toll of a high-pressure corporate sales job. Constantly managing customer issues and lacking time for myself, I became disconnected, anxious, and faced severe health problems. A wake-up call in the form of a health scare led me to discover the restorative power of nature. Spending time in the forest became my antidote, helping me lower stress, restore my well-being, and reconnect with inner peace.

Now, I aim to help others in the same position—overwhelmed, burnt out, and disconnected in our fast-paced world. Through forest therapy, I want to guide people to find restoration and teach them the skills to continue the practice on their own. By empowering others to connect with nature, I believe they can experience lasting peace and balance, even outside the forest.

My mission is to create a healthier, more balanced life for people, away from toxic environments.
